Sweet stewed red fruits initially, with fresh ginger and a hint of cocoa powder coming to the fore. Dark forest fruits develop with a hint of gentle smoke.
Smooth, creamy black pepper leads to blackcurrant and rich dark chocolate. An undertone of orange peel combines with soft smoke and a hint of red apple.
A medium-bodied finish with cocoa powder and gentle smoke.
