Do you want to learn more about Benromach Speyside single malt Scotch whisky?
Feel your senses heightening as you walk into our distillery and experience the sights, sounds and smells of our whisky being made by hand on our Exploration Tour.
We de-mystify the whisky-making process with a first-hand look at traditional methods that we continue to use today, including the use of peat to deliver a delicate hint of smoke in our Speyside single malt, making us truly unique.
As you finish your tour, one of our experienced hosts will guide you through our Benromach Contrast range of whiskies, an experimental series which contrasts in flavour to our house style.

THE DETAIL
Benromach has a deep-rooted history and whilst we are built on tradition, on the Exploration Tour, you’ll see how we can be experimental and push the traditional whisky-making boundaries. As a small distillery, we still make a big impact by being agile and innovative. You’ll learn more about our innovations through our Contrasts range.
With our open plan distillery layout, you can get up close to our Boby mill, mash tun, washbacks and our two copper stills. You might also get to meet one of our genuine characters, who do everything by hand, putting their head, heart and soul into making our award-winning Benromach.
Discover where we source our high quality raw ingredients, using local farmers, earning us the accolade as the first ever distillery to create an organic whisky, certified by the Soil Association.
You’ll also venture into our filling store and get to see into one of our maturation warehouses to appreciate why we focus on first-fill casks.
