Leaning into our Benromach Contrasts: Peat Smoke's subtler characters, the ingredients artfully highlight the whisky's fragrant vanilla, lemon sherbet and apricot notes. Overall, an incredibly expressive serve created by TT Liquor bartender, Marcus Grant.
