Created by Oliver Hart from The Vault Soho, situated beneath Milroy's of Soho, this sophisticated whisky cocktail is a perfect complement to our heavily-peated single malt.
Ingredients
50ml Benromach Contrasts: Peat Smoke
20ml Picon
20ml Red Currant/Molasses Syrup
10ml Antica Formula
Method
Mix all ingredients together before stirring and straining into a coupette. Serve with orange zest as garnish.
