Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale Gold.

Aroma

Sweet sherry aromas with stewed fruit and raspberry compote. Cinnamon spice is followed by citrus zest and toasted almonds.

Palate

Smooth orange peel and blackcurrant are balanced by subtle black pepper. Ginger leads to a touch of soft smoke.

Finish

Smoke and red berries linger on the full, long finish.
