Gordon & MacPhail scoops title of “Top Wine & Spirits Supplier” for the 4th consecutive year

Elgin based whisky, wine and spirit merchant, Gordon & MacPhail, has been awarded “Top Wine & Spirits Supplier” in DRAM’s annual supplier survey for the 4^th consecutive year!

DRAM Supplier Survey is an independent survey that looks at how licensees rate their Scottish on-trade suppliers.

The award, which addresses five main criteria from product range to telesales, was presented to Gordon & MacPhail in acknowledgement of the company’s extensive portfolio of products (scoring 95 points), promotions (83 points), telesales (90 points), and commitment to delivering excellent customer service; winning this award with an overall score of 88 points.

Receiving the award on behalf of Gordon & MacPhail, Joint Managing Director, David Urquhart said: “Being recognised by our customers as the “Top Wine & Spirits Supplier” for the fourth consecutive year is terrific news.
