Distilled 2002, Strength 45%After an initial maturation period the whisky is transferred into Spanish oak casks from the Pedro Ximenez soleras of Williams & Humbert and 'finished' for a further 30 months. The history of Bodegas Williams & Humbert goes back nearly 130 years. They participated in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Brandy Quality Demarcation and are now considered to be one of the world's most prestigious wine producers.

Defined spices - cinnamon. Hints of almond are infused with sweet influences and creamy textures.

Fresh with toasted malt notes. Hints of ripe banana and delicate esters emerge. A defined Sherry influence develops.

Creamy and sweet with delicate spices. The palate is well rounded and balanced.
