raisins and sultanas. Some camphor and menthol
aromas with hints of linseed oil. Spices –
cloves and cinnamon
Body: Big and complex
Palate: Smoky with a rich spicy
note. Oiled / polished oak. Sherry and fruitcake
flavours slowly develop
Finish: Unsurprisingly the
sherry influence remains to the end
