At Gordon & MacPhail we believe that every
part of the whisky making process is important and deserves
exacting attention to detail.
When we bought the then mothballed Benromach Distillery in
1993, we knew we had the opportunity to examine the whole process
in minute detail.
With our knowledge of maturing and bottling whiskies, gained
over more than 100 years, we felt we now had the experience
to produce an exact style of whisky, which would reflect the
traditions and tastes of whiskies of old.
